I am so overjoyed that you are here. Today I wanted to get into the subject of the root chakra.

About the Root Chakra (Muladhara)

The Root Chakra, or Muladhara, is the first of the seven primary chakras in the body. Located at the base of the spine, it's associated with grounding, survival, safety, and physical identity. When balanced, it fosters feelings of stability, confidence, and a solid connection to the Earth.

  • Color: Red – a vibrant, primal energy that represents life force, strength, and vitality. It fuels action, courage, and a sense of belonging.

  • Element: Earth

  • Mantra: LAM

  • When imbalanced: Can cause anxiety, fear, insecurity, or physical issues in the lower body.

  • Balanced Root = Stable Life: Like roots of a tree, it helps you stand tall and weather storms.

But what to do if you hurt your foot something of the sort? One of the things you can do is have a Reiki session with me which will help it heal. Also though, it is advised to look into your personal life and try to notice where you are not feeling grounded or safe.

KAT PAUSE:

  1. Random Question: How many sunken ships you thin there are on the bottom of the oceans? Leave your guess behind!!

Once you identify the area, then it would be good to look at it with compassion and then work on forgiving yourself - you will know for what. Then write it out in the journal and burn or rip it up and let it go from your heart.

Please feel free to share your own view and advise on this :)

May Your Energy Flow Freely,

Kat
